Magenta Home Health is expanding its healthcare team and is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses and Assistant Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidates should have experience in critical care environments, including ICU or HDU, and be confident in managing patients requiring specialized clinical support. Candidates who can join immediately and possess pediatric experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional nursing care to patients in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate clinical support.
• Manage patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilation care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare procedures.
• Follow infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
Requirements:
• DHA Eligibility Letter or a valid DHA License.
• 1–2 years of experience in ICU or HDU.
• Hands-on experience with tracheostomy and ventilation care.
• Pediatric nursing experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.
Strong knowledge of:

• Patient assessment, documentation, and infection control
