Description:
A professional opportunity is currently open for a skilled and well-organized Receptionist / Executive Secretary to join IMGS in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities while also providing high-level administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel plans when required
  • Handling documentation, filing systems, and maintaining proper records for office use
  • Supporting general office administration and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently

Requirements:
