Description:
A growing aesthetic medical center in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a professional and well-presented Arabic Receptionist to become part of their front office team. The ideal candidate should be confident, friendly, and capable of handling patients in a calm and professional manner within a busy clinical environment.
This role requires someone who can manage patient interactions smoothly while supporting the daily operations of a modern aesthetic clinic. Strong communication skills and prior experience in beauty or medical aesthetics settings are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the front desk area by welcoming patients and ensuring a professional first impression
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments while maintaining smooth clinic flow
• Provide clear and helpful information regarding treatments, procedures, and clinic services
• Handle incoming calls, messages, inquiries, and follow-up communications
• Assist in processing payments and maintaining patient records and files accurately
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to support daily operations
• Ensure the reception area remains organized, presentable, and efficient at all times
• Maintain proper use of booking and appointment management systems
Requirements:
• Must be a native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills
• Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology center, or cosmetic facility is required
• Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling or clinic management systems is an added advantage
