About the Role
Flipped Park is hiring a professional and welcoming Cashier / Receptionist for one of its branches in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with 3-4 years of experience in the entertainment industry who can manage front desk operations while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (preferred)
- 3-4 years of experience in the entertainment side
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients
- Manage bookings, events, and appointments
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks
- Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and printing
- Prepare reports and manage mail/packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Use MS Office for daily administrative work
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Salary
AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 per month
