Description:
VIP Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join its luxury aesthetic healthcare team. This opportunity is ideal for an organized and customer-focused individual who can provide excellent front desk support while creating a welcoming experience for patients.
The successful candidate will manage patient interactions, appointment coordination, and daily reception activities in a fast-paced clinic environment. Candidates with previous aesthetic or dermatology clinic experience, strong communication skills, and a professional approach are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and provide professional front desk assistance.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and clinic schedules.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and patient requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with medical and support teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Aesthetic or Dermatology Clinic.
• Arabic speaker with strong verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, and call handling.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
