Description:
SIBCA is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, welcoming visitors, handling communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
The successful candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The role requires a presentable and customer-focused individual who can manage reception duties efficiently.
The position involves working between SIBCA Headquarters and Trainovation at Abu Dhabi Business Hub, ICAD, Musaffah, requiring candidates to have reliable transportation options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reception and front office activities in a professional manner.
• Welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
• Support daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
• Assist employees and visitors with necessary information and guidance.
• Coordinate reception duties across assigned locations.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external visitors.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant receptionist or front office experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent English reading, writing, typing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Presentable appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle reception responsibilities efficiently.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Candidates should have their own transportation or be able to commute using public transportation.
Work Location:
• 3–4 days per week at SIBCA Headquarters, Abu Dhabi.
• 1–2 days per week at Trainovation, Abu Dhabi Business Hub, ICAD, Musaffah.
