Description:
SACRA Dubai is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Male Receptionist to become part of its luxury hospitality team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a premium hospitality environment where service excellence is a top priority.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while providing efficient front desk support. Candidates with experience in luxury hotels, high-end spas, wellness clubs, or premium hospitality brands are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and courteous approach.
• Handle front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a well-organized reception area and ensure a premium guest experience.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to support daily operations.
• Uphold the company’s luxury hospitality standards and professional image.
Requirements:
• Previous proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office professional in a luxury hotel, high-end spa, wellness club, or premium hospitality brand within the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed appearance with a positive and professional attitude.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Must currently be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and be available for a face-to-face interview.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Front office operations and guest reception procedures.
• Customer service excellence and professional communication.
• Hospitality standards, guest relations, and problem resolution.
