Hiring: Female Receptionist (JAFZA Experience Preferred) – Dubai
Tagalog speakers only
We are looking for a presentable and professional Female Receptionist to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) and be familiar with gate pass issuance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Create and manage visitor and gate passes through JAFZA portal
Coordinate with internal teams and security for visitor access
Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with entry procedures
Provide administrative support as required
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive in the UAE
JAFZA experience is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with gate pass issuance (visitors, vendors, drivers)
Strong communication skills in English
Well-presented with a professional attitude
Immediate joiners preferred
