Description:
Radisson Hotel Group is currently looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth front desk operations while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Manage room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries
• Operate hotel management systems and ensure all guest information is recorded correctly
• Address guest concerns promptly and provide suitable solutions to enhance satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Familiarity with hotel systems, especially Opera PMS, is an advantage
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus
• Well-groomed appearance with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
