THE ARK Animal Clinic is expanding in Dubai, and we are seeking an experienced Female Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team. If you have strong front-desk experience in a veterinary clinic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for animal care, we would like to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Veterinary Receptionist at THE ARK Animal Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners. You will play a key role in client satisfaction, appointment coordination, clinic organization, and revenue support, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced veterinary setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and pets in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins
- Maintain accurate patient records using veterinary management software (e.g., EzyVet or similar systems)
- Handle billing, invoicing, insurance, and payment processing
- Coordinate effectively with veterinarians, nurses, and grooming staff
- Promote clinic services, wellness plans, and vaccination packages ethically
- Ensure front desk organization and workflow efficiency
- Manage follow-ups, reminders, and client communication
- Support clinic performance targets and client retention
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Female candidate (as per clinic requirements)
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Veterinary Receptionist in Dubai or GCC
- Strong knowledge of veterinary services, procedures, and terminology
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Proven customer service and sales skills in a medical/veterinary environment
- Experience using clinic management or CRM software
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy clinic environment
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and empathy toward clients and pets
