Description:

A reputed furniture showroom in the UAE is currently looking to hire a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome showroom visitors in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage front-desk activities, including answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Coordinate visitor flow and assist with basic administrative support tasks.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide day-to-day support to the internal team as required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.
• Presentable appearance with a customer-service mindset.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and standard office equipment.
