Description:
TECHCRETE Division is currently seeking a professional and well-organized Reception & Administrative Assistant to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, have strong interpersonal skills, and can effectively manage multiple administrative tasks.

As the first point of contact for the company, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors and callers. Your role will involve handling front desk operations while also supporting various administrative functions that contribute to the smooth running of daily office activities.

You will manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining organized filing systems and accurate documentation will be a key responsibility, along with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments for team members.

In addition, you will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed. Managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all office requirements are met efficiently will also be part of your duties.

You will provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams, helping with day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Your role will also include ensuring the overall efficiency of office operations through proactive organization and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field and have 1 to 2 years of experience in reception or administrative roles. Strong communication and customer service skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, are essential. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism
