Description:
3X Capital, a dynamic real estate company based in Dubai, is currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to join its professional team. The company focuses on delivering premium property experiences and is seeking a dedicated administrative professional who can provide strong operational support to its elite sales consultants.

This position requires someone who is experienced in Dubai’s real estate processes and familiar with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will assist in managing property documentation, preparing official forms, coordinating listings on major property portals, and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations. Female candidates are preferred for this role.

The selected candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting sales consultants with reports and administrative tasks, and ensuring that all real estate transactions and listings are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate A2A Forms and draft required documentation including Form A, Form B, and Form F
  • Assist sales consultants by preparing data-driven reports and administrative documentation
  • Create, publish, and optimize property listings on major platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
  • Ensure full RERA compliance and maintain accurate records within internal systems
  • Provide executive-level administrative support and manage confidential files and documentation
  • Maintain organized records of listings, contracts, and transaction-related documents

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1–3 years of experience working in a Dubai real estate administrative role
  • Strong understanding of RERA regulations and documentation processes
  • Experience handling high-value property listings and administrative coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and record management skills
  • Professional communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
