A leading organization is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to support Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation programs in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and driving user adoption.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing organizational change initiatives, supporting data-driven transformation programs, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Candidates with UAE Government experience and Arabic language skills will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change management strategies for digital transformation and data programs.
• Apply change management frameworks such as ADKAR and Kotter to support successful adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to identify change requirements.
• Plan and deliver communication and training initiatives to support business transformation.
• Promote data literacy and user adoption across different teams.
• Manage champion networks and support change advocates throughout transformation projects.
• Collaborate on data governance initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Experience supporting Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation programs.
• Knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter, and other change management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
• Experience with data literacy, adoption programs, and governance initiatives.
• UAE Government experience is preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
