Description:
A company is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) for projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building and infrastructure projects with strong expertise in cost management, quantity surveying, and contract administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project cost control activities, preparing quantity assessments, managing project documentation, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimations.
• Support budgeting activities and monitor project costs.
• Manage BOQs, variations, claims, and contract administration processes.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare required reports.
• Assist with project cost control and financial monitoring.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective cost management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience in handling BOQs, variations, claims, and project cost control.
• Familiarity with project documentation and reporting procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
