AMIM is currently expanding its construction team and is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QS Engineer to join its operations in Dubai. This role presents an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates in the UAE and candidates with local experience who are looking to strengthen their career in Quantity Surveying within a dynamic construction environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting project cost control, site coordination, and quantity verification processes while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) as per project requirements.
• Conduct project measurements and verify quantities executed on-site.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing shop drawings in coordination with technical teams.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and support invoicing procedures.
• Monitor material usage and prepare detailed wastage and tracking reports.
• Obtain client approvals for completed measurements and submitted documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates currently in the UAE are encouraged to apply; prior UAE experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and AutoCAD 2D.
• Experience in waterproofing projects will be considered beneficial.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with different project stakeholders.
