DEOW International is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a manufacturing and factory-based operation in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for quality professionals with extensive experience in quality management systems, compliance, and leading high-performing QA/QC teams.
The successful candidate will oversee ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation, manage inspections and audits, drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage QA/QC inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Handle NCR, RCA, and CAPA processes.
• Plan and lead internal, external, and third-party quality audits.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM, BS, and EN standards.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
