QA/QC Engineer

James Cubitt & Partners is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join its supervision team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UAE engineering consultancy and site supervision, particularly within building construction projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, maintaining project documentation, and supporting compliance with local regulations and approved procedures. Candidates currently based in the UAE with relevant consultancy experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with project quality requirements and specifications.

• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate with project teams to maintain construction standards.

• Review project documents, inspection records, and quality reports.

• Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented effectively throughout project activities.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams regarding quality issues.

• Maintain proper documentation and support project quality audits.

Requirements:

• UAE engineering consultancy and site supervision experience in building projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of ADM regulations, Estidama requirements, and QA/QC procedures.

• Experience in project documentation and quality management systems.

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.

• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards.

    • ADM regulations and Estidama requirements.

    • Engineering documentation and site supervision processes.
