QA Engineer – DCS & Baggage Handling

Cinergie Digital is looking for an experienced QA Engineer – DCS & Baggage Handling to join its Dubai team. This onsite role is ideal for a quality assurance professional with hands-on experience in software testing, airline systems, and baggage handling solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of DCS and Baggage Handling Systems by executing comprehensive testing activities, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

• Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios.

• Conduct API testing using REST and SOAP services.

• Perform SQL and database testing to validate application data.

• Track, report, and manage software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Utilize testing and project management tools to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of QA experience.

• Hands-on experience with DCS and Baggage Handling Systems (BHS).

• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

• Proficiency in API testing using REST and SOAP.

• Experience with SQL and database testing.

• Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or similar testing tools.

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.

• Experience with airline or airport systems is highly preferred.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

• DCS and Baggage Handling Systems (BHS)

• API Testing (REST/SOAP) and SQL Database Testing

• JIRA, TestRail, SDLC, and STLC
