Tech ECS Limited is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to support airline operations applications and enterprise technology systems in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance and experience working with mission-critical airline applications and system integrations.
The successful professional will be responsible for planning and executing testing activities across functional, integration, and automated testing environments. The role also involves defect management, Agile delivery, stakeholder coordination, and working with commonly used development and testing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test plans for airline operations and enterprise applications.
• Perform functional, integration, and automated testing to ensure system quality.
• Identify, document, track, and manage software defects through resolution.
• Work with Agile teams to support quality assurance throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing priorities.
• Validate integrations between airline operations systems and connected enterprise applications.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant QA engineering experience.
• Experience working with airline operations applications and enterprise systems.
• Experience with test planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of test automation and functional and integration testing.
• Experience with defect management and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with mission-critical airline applications is required.
