AMIT International Group is looking for a skilled Purchase Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and purchase coordination while ensuring smooth and efficient purchasing activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory requirements, and supporting procurement processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, negotiation abilities, and the capability to work closely with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate procurement activities and manage purchase orders from initiation to completion.
• Source reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery terms.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.
• Compare supplier quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and other departments to ensure efficient procurement operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role.
• UAE experience will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Procurement processes, supply chain operations, and purchasing procedures.
• Inventory control, supplier management, and cost analysis.
• MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
