Al Med Retail is looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to join its growing hospitality team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with strong expertise in coffee operations and Front-of-House (FOH) management.
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the café, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining high operational and quality standards. Candidates with experience working for leading hospitality brands in the UAE will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily coffee shop and Front-of-House operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the café team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
• Monitor daily operations to maintain efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Support inventory control and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in coffee and café operations.
• Strong Front-of-House (FOH) leadership experience.
• Experience with leading UAE hospitality brands is preferred.
• Excellent team leadership and customer service skills.
• Hands-on, energetic, and proactive approach to daily operations.
