Description:
A growing organization in Dubai is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to strengthen its operations team. This role is ideal for professionals who possess in-depth knowledge of UAE mainland regulations and government procedures, and who can efficiently manage documentation and compliance processes.
The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination with government authorities and handling all official processes related to visas, labor matters, and regulatory documentation. The company is looking for someone who demonstrates ownership, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering results within deadlines. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related immigration procedures
• Handle labor department formalities, work permits, and employment documentation
• Coordinate Emirates ID applications, renewals, and associated processes
• Liaise with relevant UAE government authorities to ensure smooth and compliant operations
• Prepare, submit, and track official documentation in line with mainland regulations
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of all government-related tasks
• Support internal departments with regulatory guidance and documentation requirements
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of proven experience working as a PRO in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE mainland laws, visa procedures, and government regulations
• Hands-on experience dealing with labor, immigration, Emirates ID, and related processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Results-oriented mindset with strong time management capabilities
• Immediate availability preferred
