Seabright Ship Management & Operation L.L.C is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for a professional with extensive knowledge of UAE government procedures, immigration services, and labour-related regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employment visas, Emirates ID applications, trade license renewals, company documentation, and coordination with UAE government authorities. Applicants should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, hold a valid UAE driving licence, and be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process employment visas, Emirates ID applications, medical examinations, immigration, and MOHRE-related procedures.
• Manage trade license renewals, amendments, permits, and other company government documentation.
• Handle company vehicle registrations, renewals, and related documentation.
• Process document attestations and submit official documentation to government authorities.
• Liaise with UAE government departments and authorized service centres.
• Monitor expiry dates for visas, Emirates IDs, trade licenses, permits, and vehicle registrations to ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with UAE government regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration, MOHRE, labour, and government procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
