Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high‑impact construction and infrastructure developments.
Role Overview
You will oversee the end‑to‑end execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. You will manage contractors, consultants, and site teams while coordinating with architects, engineers, and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
-
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Prepare progress reports and present to senior management.
-
Manage procurement and material planning.
-
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
-
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
-
Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
-
Proven experience managing:
-
High‑rise buildings
-
Residential and commercial developments
-
Large‑scale infrastructure projects
-
-
Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.

Experience with:
-
MS Office
-
AutoCAD / Revit
-
MS Project or similar tools
-
-
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (highly desirable).
-
Valid driver’s licence is required; access to a car is an advantage due to multi‑site travel.
