A growing company in the interior fit-out industry is currently looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join its professional team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with engineering backgrounds and hands-on experience in coordinating interior fit-out projects within the UAE market.
The company is seeking an organized and proactive individual capable of supporting project execution, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth communication across all project stages. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day activities related to interior fit-out projects
• Support project managers and site teams in ensuring timely project execution
• Maintain communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting activities
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to timelines
• Coordinate material deliveries, site activities, and operational requirements
• Prepare and maintain project records, reports, and correspondence
• Ensure proper follow-up on project updates, approvals, and site requirements
• Support the team in maintaining quality and operational standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects required
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and project support abilities
• Familiarity with project documentation and coordination processes
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
