Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and manage shop-floor workforce. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring production targets are met, and raising material requisitions to maintain smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and workforce
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Raise and monitor material requisitions for raw materials
- Coordinate with procurement and store departments
- Maintain production and inventory records
- Ensure safety and compliance on the production floor
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision
- Knowledge of material requisition and inventory control
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
