Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing & Governance Enablement
- Automate pricing compliance dashboards and daily pricing validations across loans, deposits, and fees.
- Automate revenue assurance controls for loans, deposits, and fees to identify leakage and margin erosion.
- Automate inputs for governance and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain product profitability dashboards and portfolio analytics.
- Establish and maintain audit-ready documentation, controls, and validation logs.
- Develop dashboards to support governance committee meetings, including:
- Preferentially priced customer monitoring
- Product profitability and scheme loan tracking
- Fees and excise duty collection and reconciliation
- Maintain quarterly competitor pricing benchmarks to inform pricing strategy
- Develop pricing audit trails and data governance controls
- Solutioning, Innovation & Digital Enablement
- Developing a digital product knowledge hub for frontline teams
- Designing and developing digital lending journeys for key ecosystem customers
- Automating customer-initiated digital loan origination and client journeys
- Supporting conceptualization, design, development and roll-out of strategic solutions
