INAYAH is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Product Development Officer – Pharma Products to join its growing pharmaceutical operations team in Sharjah. The company is looking for candidates with strong expertise in pharmaceutical product development, molecule evaluation, product onboarding, and regulatory coordination. The ideal applicant should also have experience working closely with local and international manufacturers while ensuring compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and expansion of pharmaceutical product portfolios within the organization.
• Conduct molecule evaluations and market assessments for potential pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinate product onboarding processes with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Work closely with local and international pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure smooth collaboration and product availability.
• Assist in managing regulatory documentation and coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals and compliance requirements.
• Monitor product development timelines and ensure all processes are completed according to company standards and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and regulatory teams to support successful product launches.
• Maintain updated records of product development activities, regulatory submissions, and approvals.
• Support strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio and healthcare partnerships.
Requirements and Skills:
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical product development and portfolio management is required.
• Knowledge of product onboarding, molecule evaluation, and regulatory coordination processes.
• Experience working with local and international pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards and UAE healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
