Description:
Holford Facilities Management LLC is urgently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support their ongoing projects across the UAE. This role is best suited for professionals with hands-on experience in fit-out and facilities management projects who can efficiently manage procurement activities from sourcing to delivery. Immediate joiners will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, source, and procure materials, equipment, and services in a cost-effective and timely manner
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent service quality
• Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Provide procurement support for fit-out and facilities management projects from initiation to completion
• Maintain proper documentation and records of procurement activities
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience working as a Procurement Officer within fit-out or facilities management projects
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
