Description:
SEF Group L.L.C. is currently seeking a proactive and detail-focused Procurement Officer to join their team in Dubai. This is an urgent hiring requirement, and preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Dubai and can start immediately. The role involves overseeing procurement activities, ensuring efficient sourcing, and maintaining strong coordination with internal departments and suppliers. Fresh candidates with relevant interest and skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete procurement cycle, including preparing RFQs and issuing purchase orders
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency
• Work closely with Engineering, Project teams, Finance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Keep accurate records of procurement activities and documentation
• Handle procurement tasks related to fit-out projects (preferred experience)
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of procurement experience within the UAE (freshers may also be considered)
• Educational or professional background in construction or engineering is preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently under deadlines
• Immediate availability will be considered an advantage
