The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing purchasing activities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that procurement processes are handled efficiently and in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities and sourcing processes in accordance with company policies
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support business operations
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant procurement experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE
- Immediate availability to join is required
- Ability to work full-time in an evening shift schedule
