Procurement Executive

Kemipex is looking for a proactive and results-driven Procurement Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and improving procurement processes within a fast-paced business environment.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, collaborate with multiple departments, and contribute to efficient sourcing and inventory planning. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with cross-functional teams while supporting operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete procurement cycle, including vendor sourcing, RFQs, purchase orders, and order tracking.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while negotiating pricing and monitoring vendor performance.

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives, inventory planning, and demand forecasting.

• Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure efficient procurement operations.

• Maintain procurement records, analyze purchasing trends, and prepare reports and dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • ERP systems.

    • Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.

    • Strategic sourcing and supplier management.
