Description:

A company based in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join its growing operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting procurement functions, ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining compliance, and managing smooth ERP-based workflow processes.

This role is suitable for professionals with strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and experience in procurement or administrative environments, particularly within structured industries such as property management, construction, hospitality, or marine sectors.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement execution, supplier coordination, and system-based tracking using ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate procurement records, files, and documentation systems

• Coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal departments for procurement activities

• Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards

• Support reporting activities and assist in improving procurement processes

• Ensure proper ERP workflow management and data accuracy across systems

• Assist in day-to-day procurement operations and administrative tasks

• Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or administrative roles

• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Experience in property management, construction, hospitality, or marine industries is preferred

• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced corporate environment
