Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly reliable and professional Personal Driver to provide top-tier transportation services on a flexible, need-by-need basis. Your objective is to guarantee the safe, comfortable, and punctual transit of the employer, family members, or authorized guests. This role extends beyond basic driving; you will serve as the custodian of the vehicle's maintenance, cleanliness, and fuel efficiency. It demands an individual with high ethical standards who can maintain strict personal discretion, adapt quickly to changing travel schedules, and navigate diverse routes efficiently.

Core Workstreams

Safe Transit & Route Management

• Execute smooth and secure pick-ups and drop-offs for passengers, maintaining a courteous demeanor.

• Map out optimal travel routes using real-time navigation to bypass traffic congestion and avoid delays.

• Maintain absolute availability on short notice to accommodate fluid travel requirements, including potential weekend or evening shifts.

• Prioritize defensive driving techniques under all road and weather conditions to maintain a flawless safety record.

Asset Care & Operational Compliance

• Perform rigorous pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to verify mechanical soundness.

• Manage vehicle hygiene, ensuring the car is thoroughly cleaned, fueled, and ready for deployment.

• Monitor service intervals, tracking oil changes, brake health, and tire pressure, while reporting faults early.

• Audit vehicle compliance documents, ensuring insurance covers and roadworthiness certifications are up to date.

Discretion & Admin Support

• Maintain an ironclad level of confidentiality regarding conversations, destinations, and family routines.

• Run auxiliary errands and handle light logistics tasks as directed during downtime.

• Log accurate mileage records, fuel receipts, and maintenance costs where systematic tracking is required.

Expertise Profile

The Essentials

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of verified experience specifically as a Personal or Family Driver.

• Licensure: A valid, clean, and completely accident-free Kenyan driving license is mandatory.

• Geographical Knowledge: Exceptional familiarity with Kangundo Road, Nairobi outskirts, and major highway networks across Kenya.

• Skills Base: Certified understanding of defensive driving and proactive road safety practices.
