Description:

A premium aesthetic and longevity medicine practice based in Dubai is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support daily clinic operations and administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level professional looking to build a long-term career within a high-end medical and wellness environment.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. The role combines administrative coordination, scheduling management, and social media support within a fast-paced and client-focused practice.

Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, public relations, customer service, or social media coordination are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and daily scheduling activities efficiently

• Coordinate administrative tasks and provide operational support across the clinic

• Assist with social media content coordination and online engagement activities

• Support communication and organizational tasks within the practice

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information

• Assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow and office operations

• Coordinate tasks proactively and manage priorities effectively

• Support branding and content-related activities for social media platforms

Requirements:

• Own UAE Visa or Family/Sponsored Visa is mandatory

• Previous experience in hospitality, PR, administration, customer service, or social media coordination preferred

• Valid UAE Driving License required

• Active understanding of social media platforms and content coordination

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

• Medical or healthcare background is considered an advantage but not mandatory
