Role Overview
You will plan, launch, and refine digital campaigns across search, social, and organic channels, with a focus on turning budget into measurable results. Your day‑to‑day work will directly affect how prospective customers find the company, engage with its content, and convert into leads or sales. By testing creative, tightening audience targeting, and digging into performance data, you will help the marketing team make faster, more informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and performance max formats, to hit cost‑per‑acquisition and return‑on‑spend targets.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, developing audience segments, testing ad creative, and adjusting bids based on real‑time results.
- Conduct keyword research and on‑page SEO improvements to increase organic visibility for priority product or service pages.
- Set up and maintain analytics dashboards in Google Analytics or similar tools, tracking conversion paths, bounce rates, and campaign attribution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports that clearly explain what worked, what did not, and what action should be taken next.
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and audience lists to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with the target audience at each stage of the funnel.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A certificate in digital marketing from an accredited program, or equivalent practical training.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including budget oversight and performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, such as keyword mapping, meta tags, internal linking, and technical site checks.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools and the ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- A professional marketing campaign portfolio showing examples of paid search, paid social, or organic growth work you have personally executed.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when setting up tracking, checking URLs, and reviewing campaign settings before launch.
- Google Ads or HubSpot certifications are preferred but not required if equivalent experience is shown.
