A leading organization in Dubai is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in supplier sourcing, vendor negotiations, and managing end-to-end procurement operations within the UAE market. Local availability in Dubai is mandatory for this position.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving cost efficiency, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining strong supplier relationships while working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage complete procurement cycles from sourcing to final delivery
• Identify, assess, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
• Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing structures, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with internal departments to plan demand and align procurement strategies
• Maintain compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Procurement Manager or Senior Procurement position
• Strong negotiation capabilities and hands-on vendor management experience
• Prior experience working within the UAE market is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Candidates available immediately or on a short notice period will be given preference
