Arabian Horeca is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily operations and maintain high service standards within a busy food and beverage environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, team coordination, and an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who can balance leadership responsibilities with business performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of outlet operations, including daily service management, staff scheduling, inventory supervision, and quality control
- Lead, train, and guide team members while promoting a positive and performance-oriented workplace culture
- Ensure excellent customer service standards by professionally addressing guest feedback and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere
- Increase revenue through effective promotions, upselling techniques, pricing strategies, and menu optimization
- Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels, control food and labor costs, and improve overall operational efficiency
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking for the outlet
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality goods
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outlet management within the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
- Good understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ability to work morning shifts in Dubai, UAE
