Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Improve and expand the functionality of existing applications, including the ERP system, to meet evolving business requirements by developing and implementing new solutions.
- Ensure that users of the Oracle ERP system are able to effectively achieve their business objectives.
- Provide support to users of Windows-based applications to enable efficient completion of their tasks.
- Oversee the planning, development, installation, testing, modification, and evaluation of databases, along with related client services and reporting tools.
- Ensure that applications running on the databases function properly while maintaining database integrity.
- Manage IT services associated with database operations, system performance, availability, and IT service change management.
- Ensure adherence to the organization’s Corporate IT policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- At least five years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems, preferably managing Financial and Supply Chain modules, including their setup and customization.
- Experience in writing SQL queries and developing and deploying reports within an ERP environment.
- Strong knowledge of data processing systems, networking, and systems development.
- Additional advantage: extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.
