Job Description
We are looking for Operations Coordinator who is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflow across the organization. This role plays a key part in scheduling, coordinating field staff activities, and maintaining effective communication between teams to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage the daily schedules of field staff to ensure optimal resource allocation and timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with field teams regarding their daily assignments, priorities, and updates.
Monitor staff attendance, availability, and work progress.
Adjust schedules as needed to address urgent tasks, delays, or operational changes.
Serve as the main point of contact between management and field staff.
Ensure clear communication of daily work plans, targets, and expectations.
Track and report daily operational activities and performance metrics.
Assist in resolving operational issues and provide timely solutions.
Maintain accurate records of field operations, schedules, and reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
Coordinate logistics, materials, and resources required for field operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in operations coordination, scheduling, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle schedule adjustments efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office.
