About the Role

We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our robotics operations team.

As a Robot Operations Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of autonomous robots in real-world environments such as residential, hospitality, and customer-facing locations.

Your role will include monitoring robot activity, supporting basic operational tasks, and coordinating with the technical team if any issues arise. You will also ensure robots are operating safely and efficiently during daily use.

No prior robotics experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor robot operations during daily activities
• Ensure robots are functioning safely and efficiently
• Provide basic support if a robot requires assistance
• Report operational issues to the engineering/technical team
• Complete simple daily checklists and reports
• Maintain a professional presence in customer-facing environments
• Support on-site coordination when required

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred not mandatory)
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible attitude
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic technology
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and work in a technology-driven environment
• Professional appearance and behavior

No Experience Required

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. No previous robotics or technical experience is needed, as full training will be provided.
