Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operational Fleet Supervisor to join our food delivery operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in fleet management, rider supervision, and delivery logistics within the UAE food delivery industry. The successful candidate will oversee daily fleet operations, monitor rider performance, optimize vehicle utilization, and ensure efficient delivery services while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet and rider operations.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and operational.
- Monitor rider attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation and optimize fleet utilization.
- Resolve operational issues to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fleet Supervisor in a similar role within a UAE food delivery company.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of fleet operations, rider management, delivery logistics, and UAE traffic regulations.
- Skills: Ability to monitor fleet performance and ensure timely vehicle maintenance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Road Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE roads, traffic regulations, and delivery operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); experience with fleet management systems is an advantage.
- License: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
