Hiring: Online Chat Support Executive (F&B Industry)

A leading organization operating within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector in Dubai is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Online Chat Support Executive to join its growing customer service team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in written communication, enjoy assisting customers, and can efficiently manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced digital support environment. Immediate joiners who are currently based in the UAE are highly encouraged to apply.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering professional online support through live chat platforms while ensuring customer concerns are resolved promptly and effectively. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries through live chat channels in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist customers with order-related questions, complaints, product information, and service inquiries.
• Coordinate internally with relevant departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer communications and interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, helpful, and solution-focused responses.
• Follow company service standards and maintain professionalism in all communications.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support roles (experience in the F&B industry is an advantage).
• Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.
• Good typing speed along with solid computer literacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Candidates must currently be located in the UAE.
