Job Description:
We are seeking a well-presentable and professional female Office Receptionist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have excellent front office management skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the engineering industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle front office operations and administrative support
- Maintain records, client files, and basic data entry
- Coordinate with internal departments, including finance and procurement
Requirements:
- Well-presentable with a professional attitude
- Excellent front office management skills
- Mandatory proficiency in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
- Exposure to working with finance and procurement departments
- Hindi and other languages are an added advantage
- Experience in the engineering industry is preferred
- Immediate joiners only
