About Us

ABCL Safety Consultants LLC is a leading third-party inspection, testing, certification, and HSE training company in the UAE. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and well-organized Office Boy to support our daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
  • Assist with office cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  • Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office when required.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
  • Purchase office supplies, pantry items, and other materials as instructed.
  • Support staff with general office assistance and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor pantry and cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms for client meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Administration team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or Housekeeping Assistant in the UAE.
  • Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage).
  • Honest, punctual, and well-groomed.
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and office support duties.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
