What You'll Do
Office Operations & Logistics

Direct and manage day-to-day office administration to ensure a productive working environment.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage executive schedules, and oversee office logistics.

Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, clients, and third-party service providers.

Facilitate seamless communication between various departments and external stakeholders.
Records Management & Documentation

Maintain an impeccably organized filing system for all office records, correspondence, and legal documents.

Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and professional drafting.

Ensure that all physical and digital archives are easily accessible and up to date.
Basic Financial & Accounting Support

Support the finance department by handling basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.

Manage the office petty cash system, ensuring all disbursements are documented and reconciled.

Monitor office supplies and overheads to support cost-effective operations.
Qualifications & Background
Professional Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Added Advantage: Prior experience or foundational knowledge in accounting practices.
