Role Overview

Summit Group, a diversified leader in real estate development, infrastructure, and furniture manufacturing, is seeking a proactive Office Administrator. This role is the operational backbone of our office, ensuring that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for everything from high-level scheduling and stakeholder liaison to essential record-keeping and basic financial support. This is an ideal entry-level position for a structured professional looking to grow within a multifaceted corporate environment.

What You'll Do

Office Operations & Logistics

  • Direct and manage day-to-day office administration to ensure a productive working environment.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage executive schedules, and oversee office logistics.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, clients, and third-party service providers.

  • Facilitate seamless communication between various departments and external stakeholders.

Records Management & Documentation

  • Maintain an impeccably organized filing system for all office records, correspondence, and legal documents.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and professional drafting.

  • Ensure that all physical and digital archives are easily accessible and up to date.

Basic Financial & Accounting Support

  • Support the finance department by handling basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.

  • Manage the office petty cash system, ensuring all disbursements are documented and reconciled.

  • Monitor office supplies and overheads to support cost-effective operations.

Qualifications & Background

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Added Advantage: Prior experience or foundational knowledge in accounting practices.
