Job Title: Nursing Services Manager
Role Summary
To provide day-to-day leadership, clinical oversight and operational coordination of nursing services. This role ensures safe, timely, patient-centred, compliant and financially sustainable nursing care delivery while actively supporting patient experience, quality improvement initiatives, staff capability development and workforce stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight for all nursing services.
- Coordinate nursing operations to ensure safe, timely and patient-centred care.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and financial sustainability goals.
- Champion patient experience and drive quality improvement programmes.
- Develop staff capability and promote workforce stability through mentoring and supervision.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
- Minimum five (5) years nursing experience, including at least two (2) years in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Leadership & Supervision: Proven ability to lead and coordinate nursing teams effectively.
- Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of nursing best practices, patient safety and quality standards.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, patients and stakeholders.
- Operational Management: Ability to manage resources, budgets and workflows to ensure sustainable service delivery.
