  • Utilize NMS (Network Management System) platforms to monitor real-time performance and proactively identify bottleneck issues.

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting on network devices to resolve outages and connectivity degradation with minimal downtime.

  • Execute regular maintenance schedules and firmware updates to ensure hardware longevity and security.

Security, Compliance & Documentation

  • Implement and audit network security measures to protect the integrity of the data and prevent unauthorized access.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all network configurations, hardware inventories, and system changes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to provide Tier-3 support for complex escalated customer issues.

  • Generate detailed reports on network health, traffic trends, and ROI on hardware investments.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in network engineering, specifically within an ISP environment.

  • Certifications: Professional credentials such as CCNA, CCNP, or Huawei certifications are highly preferred.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Must be proficient with Cambium products and their associated management tools.
