NET C# and Business Central AL Developer

Role Overview

You’ll develop and maintain Business Central products used for payroll, tax and retail operations in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa. Working within a Microsoft Solutions Partner’s product team, you’ll build reusable extensions and integrations, helping keep its ISV solutions reliable, compliant and ready for Business Central updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and release AL extensions suitable for Business Central AppSource distribution.
• Enhance DigiTaxFlow 365, PayrollFlow 365, ProcurementFlow 365 and RetailFlow 365.
• Build C# integrations connecting Business Central with banks, tax authorities and point-of-sale devices.
• Review code changes and help maintain safe upgrade paths for existing customers.
• Keep the products compatible with new Business Central release waves.
• Work with consultants to translate Kenyan, Nigerian and South African statutory requirements into product data and functionality.
• Use source control and automated AL testing as part of the development process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong C# and Business Central AL development experience, including work on live customer tenants.
• Practical experience with source control and Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Experience with automated testing for AL.
• Ability to clearly explain a posting, tax integration or payroll calculation you have delivered.
• AppSource publishing experience, Business Central certifications, or knowledge of eTIMS, PAYE and similar African statutory integrations would be beneficial.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Europe is an advantage.
